You can order from this online store all day long. The first thing you need to do is to add an item to your cart. Then you must provide us with the shipping and billing information. After you choose the shipping and payment method, the order can be finalized. Ordering via e-mail or phone is NOT possible!

Currently, we offer three different kinds of payment methods. 

• PayPal
• Bank transfer
• Online bank card (SimplePay) 

Cash on delivery is not available right now. 

When choosing to pay by bank transfer, it is very important to consider that the order amount must arrive in our account within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Otherwise, the order will be automatically deleted from our system.

It's important to check if you ordered the right size as soon as you get the package! To do it just flip the Slipstop upside down and put it on the floor (sole facing upward)! The future owner needs to stand on it with bare feet, so you can see if the shoe is too small or way too big. 

Our shoes are delivered with a safety cord. Please make sure not to damage it before the mentioned procedure, or we won't be able to replace the incorrect-sized shoe.

Of course, registration is not mandatory! Ordering is possible even with or without an account, but you can participate in our customer discount program only as a registered member. It's worth registering, because, in this way, future orders may be cheaper for you!  

Sometimes one or more size of a product is out os stock and it means you can not order it. You will see it in two different ways. 

1. Available sizes are yellow, unavailable sizes are grey and crossed out. 

2. Stock: Available sizes are green, unavailable sizes are red and you see a 0 number. 

You may ask for an exchange in case of ordering the wrong size, however, exchanging is not always possible. The product must be in perfect condition and all the original accessories should be unharmed. 
For hygienic reasons, we can not exchange an item with a broken safety cord. Swimsuits also can not be sent back. Please always check the size chart carefully!

It's up to the Institute and its rules, but in most cases, children are allowed to wear Slipstop shoes. Shoes with soft soles are considered to be safer and more comfortable for long-term usage than average footwear, plus Slipstop is very easy to put on. Even 2.5-year-old kids can make it! 

It is very heat resistant in a natural environment, on sand or grass, but overheated concrete and synthetic surfaces must be avoided! 
It protects the skin from the cold floor of the house in winter, but it is advised to wear socks in this case.

Its non-slip sole is designed to protect children from slip and fall injuries. It works perfectly on wet surfaces and dry floors as well, but being careful is always important! 

It's much warmer than simple socks, so wearing it while walking on a cold floor is totally safe and comfortable! In this case, please wear 100% cotton socks for additional warmth. 

Yes, definitely! Slipstop was originally designed for seashores and swimming pools! It protects the skin from overheated sand, grass, and sharp stones, while these shoes are also perfect for swimming. Although water can easily flow through its material, small animals, sand, and stones remain locked out. Slipstop is very comfortable to wear!

You don't actually have to wear socks under Slipstop, but we use to advise it when the weather is cold and if it is worn inside the house. In case you decide to wear socks, be sure to have 100% cotton ones! This material lets the skin breathe so sweating can be avoided. 

Slipstop shoes are perfectly flexible. They follow the curves of all types of feet, even deformed ones. 

You should handwash it with warm, soap water.

Softshell material dries very quickly! Just wash it before you go to sleep and you can wear it in the morning! 

All Slipstops shoes have an inner layer of cotton, which is great for skin, while the outer layer is a breathable softshell. Sweating should not be a problem, but it may be different for every single person. 

Of course, yes! Slipstop is great for their small feet and it protects them from slip-and fall injuries! Kids tend to take it off less frequently they do it with socks. 

Slipstop shoes have a flexible ankle part, so the shoe is not falling off if it is a bit bigger than the foot. At the same time, Slipstop is flexible enough to be perfect even if it gets small for a child.  The material stretches out just enough!
